Please Note: An Order from our Secure Server will be held until the Prescription is received. If the Prescription is not received within one week, you will be contacted. If the Prescription is not received within two weeks, the Secure Order will be cancelled and the credit card account will not be billed. | |
| If you decide to return your contact lenses within 30 days of the original order date in the manufacturer’s unopened packaging, we will credit your charge card the price of the contact lenses. Shipping and Handling will not be refunded. If, however, your contact lenses are found to be defective from the manufacturer or not matching your submitted prescription, and you return them within 30 days of the original order date, we will exchange the contact lenses at no additional charge.

| EyeSearch can not sell any contact lenses without a valid contact lens prescription. You must initially provide us with an original hard copy of your contact lens prescription. Once we have your prescription on file, you may re-order replacement contact lenses by E-mail, Telephone, or Regular mail as long as your on-file prescription is less than twenty four months old.

| SPECIAL ORDER contact lenses are custom made to your prescription’s specifications. These orders can not be cancelled and the contact lenses are not returnable. There will be no refunds on special order contact lenses unless the unsuitability of the lens or lenses is a direct result of an error made by EyeSearch. EyeSearch can not be held responsible for contact lens color dissatisfaction. We strongly suggest that contact lens wearers verify colors and/or tints at your prescribing doctor’s office.

| EyeSearch prices are all per lens (one lens) on any non-disposable contact lens. Prices are all per box (one box) on any disposable contact lenses, unless otherwise indicated. All prices are subject to change without notice. EyeSearch reserves the right to refuse anyone service for any reason. We can only accept MasterCard, Visa, or a Money Order as payment for goods and services.
