| If you decide to return your vision / eye care product within 30 days of the original order date in the manufacturer’s unopened packaging, we will credit your charge card the price of the item. Shipping and Handling will not be refunded. If, however, your vision / eye care product is found to be defective from the manufacturer or not matching your order, and you return the item(s) within 30 days of the original date of receiving the order, we will exchange the item at no additional charge.
