This website evolved because of a need to provide a quality forum for the many individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional services in all facets of eye care.

	Laura A. Maroney, Certified Ophthalmic Technician, started her career in the state of Tennessee where she received her Optician's License. She relocated to Seattle in 1985. She is currently employed by Seattle Eye Care, where she performs surgical assisting and direct patient care. [email protected]
	Grady M. Hughes, M.D., is an ophthalmologist in private practice in Seattle. [email protected]
After graduating from Harvard and teaching chemistry, Dr. Hughes received his medical degree and ophthalmology residency training at the University of Washington. He is Board Certified in Ophthalmology and serves as the Chief of Ophthalmology at Providence Seattle Medical Center. Dr. Hughes' practice is focused on comprehensive eye care, with an emphasis on cataract and laser surgery of all types, including refractive surgery.

	Together Dr. Hughes and Laura have over 30 years experience in medical and surgical eye care.
	Sid Maroney, Rehabilitation Counselor, began his career as a chemical engineer. After relocating to Seattle in 1985, Sid decided to change fields to work in health care specializing in vocational rehabilitation for people with head injuries. Sid continues this challenging work on a part time basis as he again redirects his efforts into the design and operation of EyeSearch. [email protected]
